"As we all know turf fields are more reliable then grass, they require less work to maintain, and most kids these days are used to turf considering that most of the fields that clubs use are turf we, soccer players, will be more experienced with the fields as a result perform better in games.
The turf also allows for more time on the field after bad weather because there is no need for the turf to dry and wait till the team can use the field more."
